The Grain Yard Office

In conjunction with Griggs Homes, we extended our collaborative efforts to encompass the development of a detail design for the workplace on the same site as the Grain Yard Houses, mirroring a similar role. Our joint endeavour involved crafting detailed drawing packages for the workplace and navigating through RIBA stages 4-6. This encompassed refining design concepts, ensuring technical precision in construction drawings, and preparing thorough tender documentation. Our commitment continued through the construction phase, guaranteeing the faithful realisation of the architectural vision for both the residences and the workplace. This cohesive collaboration seamlessly integrated creative vision, technical expertise, and effective project management, resulting in the creation of architecturally distinctive and finely crafted spaces.
